A pleasant evening will follow this unseasonably warm afternoon. The latest pollen sample from Jefferson County shows high tree pollen levels and moderate weed and grass pollen levels. We're slightly cooler for Tuesday with temperatures in the mid-60s and partly sunny skies. Tonight, expect mostly clear conditions with lows in the 50s.
If we do hit 80 degrees Saturday the warmth will be arriving a little warmer than the average date, which is April 27.
A mixture of sun and clouds will allow temperatures to rise into the low 80s. But, any activity like that will be very hit-or-miss in nature, and most areas will stay dry. Plan on highs in the mid 80s.
Any of those isolated showers will diminish quickly around sunset.
Expect a wet, mild Easter. By Good Friday, only a slight chance of a stray shower will exist.
NEXT WEEK: A cold front will approach the state and stall to our north early next week.
Easter Weekend: Spotty thunderstorms are possible for each afternoon.
Friday is looking nice with highs in the 70s!
