California Highway Patrol told KTLA the truck merged into another lane to overtake a slower-moving truck, hitting the Nissan in the process.
Other drivers honked to get the trucker's attention, although the trucker didn't notice until another auto got in front to stop the truck. "They're dragging that auto". Horns honk in the background as the truck finally comes to a stop in lanes.
"I didn't know it", the driver responds.
"Steimke added: "'What do you mean you didn't know it dude? "He's on your truck", Steimke exclaims.
The truck, which was labeled Mike Lowrie Transport of Dixon, outside Sacramento, was hauling two containers labeled Grimway Farms.
