Mel B's nanny's shock sex claims

Mel B's lawyers have accused her husband Stephen Belafonte of posing a danger to his five-year-old daughter due to his "extensive criminal history" and links to the porn industry.

Early this month, she offered to settle her estranged husband with a private island and £5million as part of their divorce settlement, but things escalated when Mel B alleged that the nanny got pregnant by Belafonte and had an abortion.

Former Spice Girl Mel B's former nanny sued her for defamation claiming that she lied about her in a court declaration.

She apparently has numerous exhibits and photos that she believes will convince a jury that Mel B has falsified claims against her.

Mel and Stephen married in Las Vegas in June 2007.

In March, Mel B finally worked up the courage to file for a divorce from Belafonte after 10 years of marriage.

She also insisted in her legal documents: "At no point did Gilles and Belafonte engage in any sexual acts without Brown's knowledge or participation and at no point did Gilles and Belafonte represent to Brown that Gilles was pregnant with Belafonte's child". She claims the Spice Girl "seduced a naive and a curious 18-year-old foreign exchange student... with alcohol, fame, and casual sex".

Mel B's estranged husband Stephen Belafonte has been granted monitored visitation rights with their daughter Madison.

Mr Bakman said he has "devastating" allegations about Belafonte, including that he choked Brown and hit her in the face.

Ms Brown has three children - her daughter with Belafonte and two daughters from previous relationships with dancer Jimmy Gulzar and Eddie Murphy.

"He forced her to 'participate in sexual intercourse with him and random women, '" the site reported, adding that Mel B claimed "he would often secretly record the encounters".

"Gilles was heartbroken and felt taken advantage of, having devoted years of her youth to serve Brown's family, only to be discarded and tossed out on a whim..." She admits having an abortion but claims it was the result of a one-night stand, and that Mel B helped arrange the procedure.

The filed suit alleges defamation, invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress, and seeks unspecified damages.
