Hillary Clinton provides 'covfefe' reponse to Donald Trump tweet

"I'm leaning Trump", she said Wednesday of the connections. "I had to inject money into it".

"They covered it like it was Pearl Harbor", she said.

She continued: "I think it's fair to ask, how did that actually influence the campaign?"

At Recode's Code Conference on Wednesday, one of the moderators brought up covfefe - a word that took on a life of its own after Trump tweeted a few minutes after midnight: "Despite the constant negative press covfefe".

The former director of data science at the Democratic National Committee blasted Hillary Clinton on Twitter after she tried to blame the DNC for her electoral defeat.

Clinton also suggested that Russian efforts to meddle in the 2016 election in favor of Trump were "guided by Americans" and other political operatives and strategists.

A bitter Hillary Clinton sat back in her red Star Trek dentist chair and casually blamed the DNC for her election loss.

Therriault later deleted the tweets, including one in which he said it would have been hard to raise as much cash as Clinton did without using the DNC as a "laundering vehicle". It was only a matter of time before one of her preferred official Democratic targets fired back. Its data was mediocre to poor, non-existent, wrong.

Speaking at a technology conference in California, Clinton said Russia's government "could not have known how best to weaponize that information unless they had been guided" by Americans with polling data.

"He dumps that on me on October 28, and I immediately start falling", she said.

Clinton was referring to the hacking of her campaign's emails, which she has argued was partly to blame for her losing to the real estate mogul.

Going forward, Clinton said that she believes that it was "realistic" for Democrats to retake the House in 2018, notably by focusing on Republican congressional districts she won.

Her comments ignited another round of verbal fisticuffs with Trump on Twitter.

"I can't look inside the guy's mind", Clinton said.

In the first part of the interview, Clinton was asked repeatedly what misjudgments she made in running for president.

Hillary Clinton has a hunch about President Donald Trump and his mysterious tweet about "covfefe".

And in a commencement address last week at her alma mater, Wellesley College, she jabbed more directly at Trump and the controversies engulfing his administration.
