Pittsburgh Steelers: Watch the defense first

Cleveland Browns rookie defensive end Myles Garrett will be out several weeks with an ankle injury, the team announced Thursday. However, over the last two seasons, he has struggled due to injuries, only playing 18 out of a possible 32 games.
After a great preseason, Garrett will now be on the Browns bench for the first handful of games in the 2017 season.
With Mike Mitchell slowly returning from a lower-body injury that kept him out of training camp entirely, Wilcox could go from a reserve role in Tampa Bay to a starter in Pittsburgh in the span of a week. He also was hindered in his final season at Texas A&M with an ankle injury but to the other foot than the one injured in Wednesday's practice.
All that said, this is a better Browns team that took the field previous year and won just one game at every level except quarterback. I mean, Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger - an OH native - has had absolutely no trouble with the Browns as he looks to improve his record to 21-2 against the club this weekend.
On draft night Garrett already had his sights set on Roethlisberger in Week 1, telling ESPN's Randy Moss, "I'm coming for him first, chop him down". Kizer will get a rude awakening to the level of competition before bouncing back after a couple of games under his belt. Big Ben toyed with retirement in the offseason, but is back and accompanied by one of the NFL's best offenses. I know I can get up and go now, so that's not a thing I'm anxious about.
Cleveland coach Hue Jackson is confident in Kizer, and imagine the bump if the QB is somehow able to top Pittsburgh in his first start. What meant more to me as a player, and I think it does to him, I think it does to a lot of guys in this league, what means more to them than anything else is, do I have the respect of my teammates?
Garrett said he felt prepared for the regular season after getting his feet wet in the exhibition season.
There is the part of me who wants to see the Browns get better and start to be more competitive so this can actually be fun, so Pittsburgh and Cleveland can truly give us something to pay attention to on the field.
Things happen in the NFL. Those dreams of Garrett planting Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger will have to wait until Week 17.
"Yeah, we're going across his head, regardless of cost", Warren said at the time. "I'll let you guys kick that nonsense around". I'm not going to be alone in this.
"My bold prediction, I really feel like Myles can make the Pro Bowl his rookie year". He just makes you don't hit him up high.
