TV Journalist Says Harvey Weinstein Masturbated In Front Of Her

In response to that article, MSNBC host Mika Brzezinski wanted it to be known that she not only wanted Weinstein to resign but that she would back out of her three-book deal with Weinstein Books if he didn't.

So scary for her - and so disgusting and unacceptable for Weinstein. She and her friend quickly left following the encounter.

By the time this occurred, Sivan's friend had grown concerned by how long Sivan was gone. She met both as they were headed up from the cafe and says that Sivan told her what happened right after they left the club.

While in the kitchen, Weinstein dismissed two staffers who were cleaning.

She wrote in it: "Based on my years in the industry and unfortunately, my own personal experience with Harvey Weinstein, I can tell you that I believe every single word that was written in the extremely disturbing, but not all that shocking, New York Times piece published yesterday". Sivan tweeted the interview on Friday, saying that she was lucky enough to not need a job or favor from Weinstein at the time of the incident.

The reporter's friend who was supposed to check up on her, was blocked by security when she attempted to go downstairs to look for her companion.

The Huffington Post contacted Weinstein's company for comment but has not heard back yet.

Sivan told Huffington Post journalist Yashar Ali that Weinstein trapped her in a restaurant hallway and forced her to watch him masturbate until he ejaculated into a pot plant.

The Times managed break their story apparently thanks to some women who cooperated-like actress Ashley Judd who recounted a harrowing hotel room meeting with him-and access to settlements Weinstein's companies made with women.

The allegations come in the wake of an explosive New York Times report on what they say is Weinstein's storied career of sexual abuse and assault of women close to him.

Bob Weinstein, the disgruntled co-founder of The Weinstein Company, may have been the mastermind behind an exposé of lurid sex allegations that led to his brother's humiliating downfall, the sources said. A former employee said, "There has always been a love-hate relationship between the brothers. However, Mr. Weinstein denies many of them and was not given a fair opportunity to present evidence and witnesses on his side".
