Hannibal Buress' Arrest Caught on Video

Bustle has reached out to reps for Hannibal Buress for comment, but has not yet received a response. The Miami Police Department confirmed the news in a tweet.

Hannibal Buress seemed like he was trying to do the right thing before getting busted for disorderly intoxication. According to the officer's affidavit, Buress continued to "hurl profanities" at him and caused a crowd to form.

A cell phone video posted on Twitter by user @eyehatgabe shows Buress with his hands behind his back against a patrol auto as two officers question him. With Hannibal Buress funnyman demanding an answer from cops as to why he was being arrested while leaning against a police auto and yelling, "Am I under arrest?" "What am I being detained for?" "What I am detained for?" Seconds later, he called out "Who called you?"

A video shows him arguing with arresting officers in a slurred voice.

After about several minutes of back-and-forth, Buress eventually had to be forced into the vehicle by one of the officers.

According to the Miami Herald, Buress posted bond early Sunday morning and was released.

Some Twitter users just wondered what it was all about.

It didn't take long for Buress' Twitter mentions to light up.

Buress is featured on the TV show Broad City and has appeared in movies such as Spiderman Homecoming and Baywatch. He's also made appearances on The Mindy Project, 30 Rock, Bob's Burgers, Adventure Time with Finn and Jake, and High Maintenance.

In a report from TMZ, the comedian allegedly approached the police and asked for an Uber.
