Walton Goggins, Beth Behrs to appear in 'The Big Bang Theory'

The Iain Armitage-starring sitcom is the top new comedy of the season in both total viewers and the key 18-49 demographic. Tensions exploded following rating disaster in the series' season 11, and that may lead to the show shutting down, according to an entertainment website.

"The only manner in which the cast has discussed wrapping [The Big Bang Theory] has been that we're all going to be very sad when that day comes". "I think at this point everyone's very comfortable with 12 seasons being a good time to go home and see our families", he continued.

Sources at the show and CBS also told Radar the series will end after season 12 as some cast members are itching to get out - despite their million-dollars-an-episode paychecks.

Radar Online reports that "The Big Bang Theory" may be on "its last legs" with "massive egos, raging jealousy and ugly backbiting tearing the show apart".

Galecki also addressed his one-off stint on ABC's Roseanne reboot, revealing that due to his prior commitments - and the fact that it airs on a rival network - he's limited to one show to reprise his role of David Healy on the reboot. "So there were the politics to be considerate about, but everyone was very supportive".

"It was probably most unconformable only to me", he continued, "because obviously Big Bang is my home and my family". In either case, the audience wins, since The Big Bang Theory knows how to bring the laughs when hurtling Kunal Nayyar's character through various love troubles.

The new show's Season 2 pickup is especially exciting news for Parsons, who is now also starring on the network's biggest comedy hit, "The Big Bang Theory".
