Mario Tennis Aces Announced for Nintendo Switch

Earlier today, Bandai Namco announced that the first Dark Souls would be getting remastered for every current console, including the Nintendo Switch.

Sure, 10 million worldwide sales have probably helped out in that regard, but it's clear those outside the Nintendo bubble feel different about the Switch. There isn't too much information at this time, beyond the usual release date, which is May 25th, and marketing spiel, but the below image has found its way onto Discord. The Switch port features the same two player co-op side-scrolling action, and also adds Funky Kong as a playable character. Here's a few more confirmed or rumoured to be coming to the console in 2018 and beyond. The game makes its current-gen debut May 25. Fe comes to Nintendo Switch February 16. The remastered version will offer 1080p graphics for PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch (docked, undocked will be 720p), and 4K on the PS4 Pro, Xbox One X, and PC. I don't know about you, but that doesn't exactly scream $450 to me.

From their first timid steps to absolute mastery, players will build their characters by strategically adapting to daunting foes, exploring haunting locations, and amassing a large collection of weapons, armour and magic spells to utilise for a truly unique playstyle. Do you want to mercilessly slash away at your enemies, or devastate them with powerful spells? Although I will say the box looks quite nice. The game lets you, along with up to four friends cooperate to plan out and execute heist, earn money, and build your career as a hardened criminal.

The tweet (which can be seen below out gallery) seems to detail a pre-order notice for the game, which is apparently due to release on 24 May 2018. Will you be buying Dark Souls Remastered for Nintendo Switch?

Now that we've had confirmation it'll appear on the Switch, too, we're keen to see what else we can expect from Dark Souls Remastered - we may even get new content.
