It was originally commissioned for Prince William and Kate Middleton's royal wedding back in 2011, but it's back for Harry and Markle's big day on May 19.
"I could not be more thrilled or honoured to photograph this historic occasion", Lubomirski said. Alexi Lubomirski also referred back to the engagement photographs he took a year ago, saying that having taken those pictures and now being able to witness the next chapter in their relationship is an honor and a joy for him.
The royal wedding details just keep on coming!
Alexi Lubomirski will be the official photographer at the nuptials, which takes place on 19 May at Windsor Castle. (Alexi Lubomirski/AAP) Lubomirski took Meghan and Harry's engagement photographs. "He's great. You'd love him" and that was it".
The announcement comes just five weeks before the wedding.
The couple have said they want the wedding to be "a big shared event" that is "modern, inclusive but still adhering to tradition", and they want "everyone" to be part of their big day. Roughly 2,640 people plan to attend, including Grant White, 52, a 22-year veteran of the Royal Marines who lost his leg and now volunteers helping other veterans and 12-year-old Amelia Thompson, who was at Manchester Arena the night of a fatal bombing during an Ariana Grande concert. "It was the most exciting phone call that I've ever received!"
Royal fans could even order a version of their own, as the London based bakery's website features a special orders menu, with a very similar sounding cake.
