Samsung Galaxy On6 launched in India; will be available exclusively via Flipkart

Expected to be called the Galaxy Note 9, the teaser focused heavily on the S Pen, indicating that Samsung might have improved the stylus with new features meant to enhance the device's productivity. The Galaxy X will be made available to the public at the beginning of the next year. The phone is named Samsung Galaxy On6 and comes at a discounted price of Rs. 14,490. But by introducing Bluetooth features, Samsung has the potential to make it a phenomenal addition to the Galaxy Note line.

A big phone: Galaxy Note 9/9Plus will be a huge phone (phablet), slightly larger than Note 8. The rumors have it that the battery performance of the new device will be significantly better than that of Samsung's previous phones. Moreover, Jio customers will get Rs. 2,750 cashback on recharging with Rs. 198 and Rs. 299 packs after purchasing Galaxy On6.

Samsung Galaxy On6 is the latest smartphone in the Galaxy ON Series and has received a successor after a long time now. The Galaxy Note 8 retailed for $929 when it was launched; it's highly unlikely that Note 9 will be cheaper. The dual-SIM handset is backed by a 3,000mAh battery. It has the ARM Mali T830 MP1 GPU and a 4GB of RAM with 32 GB of inbuilt storage.

The phone is expected to be priced sub-Rs 15,000.

There are also other sources who are saying that the S Pen's Bluetooth support could offer some gameplay features and could turn the stylus into a Bluetooth speaker.

Samsung uses ISOCELL camera sensors in its flagship smartphones that take unrivaled images. The smartphone has a 13-megapixel camera sensor on the back with an f/1.7 aperture lens, while its front panel has a 13-megapixel sensor with an f/1.9 aperture.

Apart from the 5.6-HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity display, other highlights of the Galaxy On6 are an Octa-Core Exynos 7870 processor with 4GB of RAM, Android 8.0 Oreo and an 8-megapixel front camera with LED flash. As for when we can expect the S10 announcement - if Samsung is a creature of habit (which it is), we can expect the announcement either at MWC (around March 2019) or at an independent launch earlier next year.
