Meanwhile, Liverpool FC completed their latest summer signing on Thursday night by tying up a deal to bring goalkeeper Alisson to Anfield from AS Roma.
However, there has also been a sense that Klopp has been missing a couple of crucial pieces of jigsaw as he developed his new-look Liverpool side.

Liverpool just arrived in the USA for the first of their three International Champions Cup fixtures stateside as they take on Borussia Dortmund on Sunday.
"I think training with all the players that we have made me a better player", he said. While talking to the BBC, Klopp openly admitted that he was wrong before, "It is only an opinion in that moment". I couldn't have imagined the world could have changed.

"It's not about pushing through my thoughts or saying "No, I don't want to buy players, I don't want to pay big money" and then in the end Liverpool FC is not successful".

The 26-year-old only played in two of Egypt's three games in Russian Federation this summer and struggled to replicate his record-breaking Liverpool form as a result of the injury.
"We expect more from ourselves", he said.
