According to sources familiar with the situation, TMZ explains, Brad and Angelina indeed had an informal agreement.
Actors Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie attend the premiere of "The Normal Heart" in New York, NY, U.S., May 12, 2014.
Jolie and Pitt, 54, announced their split in September 2016.
The brood is now living in London with Jolie as she films Maleficent 2, while Pitt has spent his court-ordered time with the kids in London and Los Angeles, where he is shooting Quentin Tarantino's new movie, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.
7, 2018, the actress-activist accused her ex of not paying "meaningful" child support ever since their split in 2016. And while it's now unclear what the actress' legal team means by "meaningful" child support, a source cited by the media outlet claimed, "Brad has fulfilled his commitments".
It is unknown at this time what - if any - informal agreement Jolie and Pitt had arrived at prior to this filing.
Pitt and Jolie have three sons and three daughters, ages 17 and under.
DeJean goes on to state that Jolie would like the court to have Pitt pay her the money she is owed.
"In order for the marriage to be dissolved before all of the other issues have been resolved, certain things need to be done by both parties".
"She has gotten a reputation of being very unreasonable throughout this divorce and things seems to be getting worse", the source adds.
"The dissolution of the marriage will help everyone move forward and work together - as co-parents, something they're committed to".
The report comes soon after a TMZ story claimed that Jolie and Laura Wasser, another one of her attorneys, had parted ways.
The children are now living with Jolie in London, where she is filming Maleficent 2.
