Private plane carrying rapper Post Malone makes emergency landing, reports say

All day long, fans have been anxious about rapper Post Malone after TMZ reported that the private plane Malone was flying on had to make an emergency landing.

A plane carrying Post Malone and 15 other people, which has two blown tires, will attempt to make an emergency landing at Stewart Airport in Orange County, New York.

The plane was still circling over CT as of 2:10 p.m., before attempting to land at Stewart about 60 miles away.

The Gulfstream IV landed Tuesday at New York Stewart International Airport in Newburgh, about 70 miles (112 kilometres) north of New York City.

With fans rushing to send their concern to the Rockstar singer, a friend alongside Post Malone shared a snap of him on a new plane on Instagram.

According to TMZ, rapper Post Malone is now on board that plane.

"Honestly, in a hundred-million years I would never, you know, expect to do this, ever", he said, accepting his award.

The flight was diverted to burn fuel to make it safer in case the pilot needs to crash land.

Posty - who told us "I f***ing hate flying" - gave us some more details about the scary flight. telling us it actually had TWO unplanned landings, the first due to a sensor issue.

Westfield-Barnes Regional Airport is a city-owned facility located near Barnes Air National Guard Base.

The plane took off from Teterboro Airport in New Jersey. The song is from his latest album, "Beerbongs & Bentleys".

The flight was first diverted to Westfield, then redirected to upstate NY, where it landed safely yesterday afternoon.

As fans of the rapper awaited news of the plane's arrival, many took to Twitter to say that their thoughs were with the crew and passengers.

Post Malone was on his way to London after the VMAs for his set at Reading and Leeds Festival, where he's hitting up the main stage this weekend.
