Trump and Stormy Daniels Beef on Twitter After He Calls Her "Horseface"

US President Donald Trump celebrated the dismissal of a defamation suit brought against him by adult-film actress Stormy Daniels, calling Daniels "Horseface" and vowing to retaliate against her and her attorney. The 39-year-old Louisiana native is suing to be released from the agreement, which she claims is void because Trump never signed it.

U.S. District Judge S. James Otero dismissed Daniels' suit on Monday in Los Angeles.

The judge ruled that a presidential tweet Ms Daniels said was defamatory was protected by the First Amendment, which guarantees freedom of speech.

Ms Daniels says she had a sexual affair with Mr Trump in 2006.

Some 40 minutes later, Daniels shot back by taking a swipe at insulting POTUS' manhood, writing, "Game on, Tiny".

Stephanie Clifford, or Stormy Daniels, also has to pay the president's attorney fees. How many other women did you cheat on your wife with while you had a baby at home?

Trump said on Twitter that he welcomed the opportunity to take the offense against Daniels - whom he called "Horseface" - and lawyer Michael Avenatti in Texas, where Daniels lives.

Daniels' attorney, Michael Avenatti, vowed to appeal the decision and said he was confident it would be reversed.

The defamation claim is separate from another lawsuit that Daniels filed against Trump, which is continuing.

Daniels was quick to retaliate, calling his attack on her a demonstration of his "hatred for women and lack of self control on Twitter". "Trump's contrary claims are as deceptive as his claims about the inauguration attendance". He said he made the payments at Mr Trump's request.

Whoopi Goldberg, another co-host, said in reference to Trump's previous comments about women, "What this says about him just having ― it's like them saying, well, it's just guy talk when he says, 'I can grab women by the genitalia.' That's what, kind of, this says".

It seems that the judge has categorized Stormy as a political opponent to Trump stating in the ruling that Stormy has "publicly [presented] herself as a political adversary to [Trump]". And perhaps a penchant for bestiality.
