Baldwin now resides in NY, and according to reports, an unidentified third party was holding a spot for the actor when another driver swooped in and stole it, that was when he attacked them.
An incensed Baldwin, 60, socked the 49-year-old victim in the head while he was feeding the meter, cops said. Go see a show, walk the Highline, get punched in the face by the man imitating Trump on Saturday Night Live... The incident took place in Manhattan's Greenwich Village neighborhood, on East 10th Street near University Place.
The Saturday Night Live actor reportedly got out of his vehicle and ended up punching the guy, which led to cops and an arrest.
Baldwin will appear in court at a later date, according to the NYPD.
Baldwin and his wife share four children, Romeo, 5 months, Leonardo, 2, Rafael, 3, and Carmen, 5.
Of course, he openly detests and mocks President Trump while playing him on "SNL" - so, not surprisingly, the Prez weighed in on the arrest.
No charges have been filed yet, but police said they expect Baldwin will be charged with misdemeanor assault.
It's not the first time Baldwin has run into trouble with the law.
Of course, the internet has some thoughts on Baldwin's offense, given the high profile of his recent bad opinions and Saturday Night Live Trump impression.
