Mimicking Winfrey's famous talk show giveaways, the message promises voters who select Abrams that, "Everybody gets a auto!"
In her remarks at Thursday's town hall with Abrams, Winfrey told the crowd that she is a registered independent, "because I don't want any party and I don't want any kind of partisan influence telling me what decisions I get to make for myself".
"For anybody here who has an ancestor who didn't have the right to vote, and you are choosing not to vote - wherever you are in this state, in this country - you are dishonoring your family", Winfrey said in Marietta, Georgia, an Atlanta suburb.
Friday's ruling required Kemp to allow 3,000 of those people, whose voting registration was placed in "pending" status due to questions about their US citizenship, to vote in the November 6 USA midterm election if they present proof of citizenship at the polls. If elected, Abrams would become the first black woman governor in USA history. "I see that same potential in Stacey Abrams".
Some 120 kilometres north, Vice-President Mike Pence stood alongside Abrams' opponent, Brian Kemp, in Dalton, and mocked the billionaire media icon as just another liberal outsider trying to impose on Republican-run Georgia. President Trump will appear with Kemp on Sunday.
"This ain't Hollywood, this is Georgia - and Georgia wants a governor that's going to put Georgia values and Georgia first", Mr Pence said at a rally for Mr Kemp this week.
More than 1.5 million Georgians already have cast ballots.
Winfrey did not mention Pence or the frequent GOP broadsides about "Hollywood" outsiders.
Then she encouraged women of all races - "sisters. not just 'sistahs,"' she joked - to remember that they would have been "just a piece of property" with no ballot barely a century ago.
Abrams is running on a campaign that includes Medicaid expansion, and "common-sense gun control", Winfrey noted.
"While we cannot comment on the specifics of an ongoing investigation, I can confirm that the Democratic Party of Georgia is under investigation for possible cyber crimes", Candice Broce, Kemp's press secretary, said in a statement. Winfrey has since dismissed the notion that she would challenge Trump in 2020.
