R. Kelly allegedly parties at Chicago nightclub amid sexual abuse allegations

Speaking of Joycelyn Savage, reportedly R. Kelly's current manager, Don Russell, has been harassing her family as well.

While Kelly was singing about not wanting to hurt anybody during his birthday party at the nightclub, activists gathered outside his West Side recording studio, marching for the young women they claim he sexually abused.

But, police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi said: "If there are people out there that have any knowledge or information or even the slightest bit of information about potential criminal activity, domestic violence, we need to know about it".

"We hope that it will turn into a fruitful investigation and it will result in the return of Joycelyn Savage to her family or, at the very least, that she start opening continuous conversations and interactions with her family like she had before she met Mr. Robert Sylvester Kelly", Griggs told PEOPLE on Wednesday. Some were tied to Kelly's Chicago area home.

Meanwhile, in Illinois, Cook County State's Attorney Kim Foxx requested that anyone who believes they have experienced abuse by Kelly to reach out to her office.

In a statement, Gaga said "as a victim of sexual assault myself" she was at a "dark time in my life" when she collaborated with Kelly in 2013.

Many on social media were appalled to see the person appearing to be Kelly partying amid the serious allegations against him.

Hopefully, all of these legal situations following the airing of Surviving R. Kelly will bring justice to the victims of R. Kelly. "I was sickened as a survivor, I was sickened as a mother, I'm sickened as a prosecutor", she told a field of reporters.

Griggs said the Fulton County district attorney's office reached out to him on Monday seeking contact information for witnesses. In July 2017, multiple parents told Buzzfeed that Kelly was holding their daughters in a "cult".

The Grammy victor, who was born Robert Kelly and celebrated his 52nd birthday Tuesday, has long denied all allegations of sex abuse and running a "cult".

A video posted to Instagram shows the singer at the club. He said Foxx shouldn't be soliciting cases. At the time, the girl was identified to have been 14 years old. "We can not do anything related to these allegations without the cooperation of victims and witnesses".
