This is a line to let you know that I have discovered the answer to our needs…and on line background checking site which handles all elements of our security requirements. I went onto a brilliant site and was delighted to learn that it not only looked at personnel but also companies and locations et al. A criminal background check is so essential in our line of work that we can not afford to let any slips in our security occur. In our line of business online background checks are a new and important tool that we can make use of.. We would be very remiss not to avail ourselves of this new application and I strongly propose and advocate that anyone working within the company who has any doubts about a contact should use this option straight away before progressing any business. Any new employees or prospective candidates must be run through this checking tool as soon as possible.

I havedespatched a copy of the email onto head office for their consideration of making it the universal methodology within this company for filling in any security matters that we come upon by conducting an online background check when neccesary.

I wholeheartedly recommend that you also put forward this service to our prestige clients listings as an supplementary incentive for them to stay with us as customers. We can offer them the service at a reduced rate and we will pick up the difference in the price. Once they see how helpful it is then they will be encouraged to buy the system for themselves…but we retain the kudos for sending them there.

I would support their requirement for carrying out their own criminal background checks online as a means of insuring office security. I have re-researched some members of our temporary staff sent to us from our contacted employment agency and discovered that several had slipped through the security gaps that they have in their systems.

I do not really need to tell you that our customer base is a sensitive area and to have it potentially put at risk due to of the carelessness of another organisation that we are understood to bank on…is too much of a risk that I am no longer willing to take.

Using the comprehensive background check site I will take it upon myself to scrutinise all candidates for posts here and will do so until either the agency gets its collective finger out or we cancel our contract with them and use our own security scanner within the company.
