According to Daily News, Disney teen star Demi Lovato had finally reached her boiling point last weekend. This is after having a dust-up with one of her female dancers on her international tour.
This latest incident, according to the report, seemed to be the last act that pushed the Disney teen star to seek for help. The teen actress is known to be open when it comes to the discussion of past battles in her life. These battles include people who bully her especially when it speaks of her body image issues.
The teen actress’ representative shares, “Demi Lovato has checked into a medical treatment center for emotional and physical issues she has dealt with for some time.” Lovato’s representative did not elaborate more on the specific problems the teen actress is undergoing right now. Lovato’s team also did not further explained why such action happened.
Demi Lovato’s father Patrick Lovato also commented on the report. According to him, his daughter seems to be just overwhelmed with her life as a pop star. He confesses, “There are a lot of pressures, that is one of the things I worried abot when she signed with Disney.”
A close friend of Demi Lovato shared that the teen star had recently become withdrawn with the problems she had. Lovato’s friend reveals, “She doesn’t have that same kind of love for life that she had one point had.”
