The singer who has earned her mark in rock history with songs like “Heartbreaker” and “Invincible” surprisingly loves the movie “Avatar,” the musical “Wicked”. Moreover she likes performing for new audiences though she admits that she sometimes gets tired of singing in front of people.

Benatar at the age of 57, has published a journal named “Between a Heart and a Rock Place,” where she describes her early break into stardom, the argument with a record company keen to sell a sexy image and years of harmonizing family life with performance. The book is also a valentine to her husband and partner Neil Giraldo.

In an interview she was asked about her favorite singer. Then she said that she likes Williams a lot.  She also mentioned that she liked Lady Gaga because she pushed the envelope. In her words Lady Gaga is brilliant in her production and she is very successful in her field and the most important thing is that the marketing of what she does is just awesome. But the most surprising thing is that she has never attended any of Lady Gaga’s shows. The best thing in Lady Gaga she thinks is Gaga doesn’t care anything. Thus she praised Lady Gaga during the interview.
